Include plenty of herbs and spices:

 Delicious dishes need not be spicy and oily; they can be made with healthy herbs and spices too. For example, ginger and turmeric have strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, leading to various health benefits. So try and use as much of these healthy herbs and spices you can in your cooking.
