Researchers have introduced OncoMark, a new AI framework built to analyse and predict cancer cell behaviour. Trained on genetic data from 3.1 million cells across 14 cancer types, OncoMark evaluates critical processes such as immune evasion and metastasis that drive tumour growth and treatment resistance. Tested on five datasets, it achieved 96 per cent accuracy. The team now plans to integrate OncoMark into clinical workflows and expand its use to blood cancers and other rare cancer types.
