- Post hospital admission, you need to intimate our team and ask for the checklist.
- Once the form is sent via email you can fill it up and send with documents to the insurance company.

For Flight Delay
- Send us the claim form along with the bills of your refreshments and emergency purchases made by you while you waited for the delayed flight.
- Letter from the airlines stating the flight delay status
- Boarding Pass/ Tickets / Cancelled Cheque
