 Why do you need to create an ABHA digital health ID card?

How to Apply for ABHA health ID card registration online?

There are two ways you can apply for an ABHA Card online — through an Aadhaar Card or Driving Licence. If you want to apply using your Aadhar, then Aadhar must be linked to your mobile number; this is essential as the OTP for verification will be sent to your linked mobile number. If your Aadhar and mobile number are not linked, reach out to an Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) facility.

If you want to apply with your Driving Licence, you need to get an enrolment number from the ABDM portal and get your identity verified at an ABDM facility. After completion of the entire process, the ABHA health ID will be created.

Documents needed to register for ABHA registration include Aadhar Number, contact number, PAN Number, and Driving Licence Number (if you have one).

How to generate/create your Ayushman Bharat Health Account Number (health card ID)?

You can generate an ABHA health ID online via Here-App powered by HDFC ERGO or visit health centres for online registration. The steps to generate your Ayushman Bharat Health Account number on Here-App are as follows:

Click “Create my ABHA number”.

• Step 3

Enter your Aadhar or Driver’s License Number to apply.

• Step 4

Receive an OTP on your registered mobile number

• Step 5

Once your mobile number is confirmed, a National Health Authority form page will appear asking for credentials. With this, the process gets completed.

Once the registration is complete, the next step is downloading your ABHA digital health ID card. Log in with your credentials and download the card from Here-App.
