An FIR/police report is mandatory in case of a major accident, injury to 3rd party or occupants, malicious acts, theft or third-party damage (if you damage someone else’s property with your vehicle).
Yes, you can opt for a garage of your choice. However, it would be best if you informed us before you repair your car at the garage of your choice so that we can make a note of the same. Submit the original invoices or cash receipts of the repair, and we will reimburse the bill as per policy terms.
