Too much of information is required from the policy holder. Appreciate if there is a centralized database from where much of the customer information can be downloaded. This will make the entire process of policy purchase less tedious. Also since I moved from ICICI Lombard to HDFC ERGO it took me great amount of efforts to buy a new policy. I was discouraged to buy the policy. But after all that I did buy. however I feel a lot of policy holders might get discouraged and your company could loose customers.
