Age discount & Anti theft device pre-installed in car was not provided during buying of this policy. Also there was no online purchase discount which every other insurance company is offering. Thus I'm very disappointed with HDFC ERGO. Hope the service would be good. If you can refund my discount that would be icing on the cake.
