Since I have never claimed the Insurance.Till date I have not experienced any issue with HDFC ergo . May be The payment option via credit card to be made easy in 3 to 6 months EMI without any additional charges.

Only SMS got truncated before the quote MR number could be seen. But got that automatically from the main website. There is some improvement possible. Main website doesnt get updated as fast it seems. Only the sms link had the updated inspection status, but sms didnt have MR number. So some systems need to be integrated it seems.
