When I logged in through Customer portal and checked for renewal of the existing registered Motor Policy , system is asking me to enter the policy number once agin. Instead, there can be an tab/push button for renewal of the policy. 2. Your customer care boys should listen carefully before putting the customer on hold. My experience with Mr.Devendran on 6th Dec 2013 was not comfortable as he kept me waiting for more than 10 mts just because he didn't understand my requirement clearly which could have been sorted out across the phone very easily. ( in case my conversation with him had been recorded, this can be understood better)
