Bad experience was, the policy for the period covering Dec'12 to Dec 13, was issued twice and cancelled without any intimation to me and It was a shock when try to contact for registering a claim mentioning that, the policy is cancelled. It took about 7 to 10 days from HDFC Ergo end to resolve the issue.
