But the SMS message received by me after processing on your website shows that the entire amount premium of Rs. 16,423/- has been debited to my Credit Card Statement of my Credit Card No. 5243681000963408. Please ensure the amount is debited in 12 EMIs with additional charge 399 or 499, as the case may be, which is acceptable to me.
