Two-Wheeler Manufacturers Report Double Digit Growth in April Sales

Two-Wheeler manufacturers report double digit growth in their domestic wholesales in April 2024 compared to the same period last year. Two-wheelers have performed better compared with passenger vehicles in April. Passenger vehicles post single digit growth in April 2024. Two-wheeler giants like Hero MotoCorp, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Bajaj Auto and TVS report double digit growth in their domestic sales in April 2024.

Hero MotoCorp leads the sales chart with a jump of 33% compared to the same month previous year. Overall the company sold 5,33,585 units in April 2024 registering a growth of 35% in April 2023. Honda reported a year on year growth of 42% in its domestic sales to 4,81,046 units in April.

Meanwhile, Bajaj Auto reports a growth of 19% in its domestic sales to 2,16,950 units in April 2024. Suzuki Motorcycle reports 31% growth in domestic sales while TVS sales increased by 29% in the same month a year ago.
