Hero leads in two-wheeler sales numbers in June 2025

Hero MotoCorp has maintained its lead on the two-wheeler sales chart as June 2025 came to an end. As the largest two-wheeler manufacturer in the world, Hero MotoCorp has showcased a 10% year-on-year increase in its two-wheeler sales last month. It has sold a total of 5,53,963 units, with domestic sales accounting for 5,25,136 units. On the other hand, international exports contributed 28,827 units.

Hero MotoCorp is also seeing a successful run with its EV sub-brand, Vida. Its sales figure is on a steady incline, with 7,178 units being dispatched and 7,665 units getting registered under VAHAN. Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, though trailing closely, has seen a considerable decline in sales figures. The company has sold a total of 4,29,147 units, with 3,88,812 units being sold domestically in June 2025. Compared to June 2024, the domestic sales have fallen by 19.43%. Exports, however, were impressive with 40,335 units sold overseas.

TVS Motor Company sold a total of 3,85,698 two-wheeler units in June this year, which is a 20% rise from 3,22,168 units in June 2024. While its domestic numbers have increased by 10%, the EV two-wheeler sales figure has dropped from 15,859 units in June 2024 to 14,400 units in June 2025.
