Hero has finally launched the Vida VX2 in India on July 1st, 2025. The VX2 is launched at an astonishingly affordable price point starting at INR 59,490 (ex-showroom) for the BaaS model. The Indian market gets two variants of this electric scooter, the VX2 Plus and the VX2 Go. This electric scooter from Hero’s EV sub-brand, Vida, will come with a 2.2 kWh and 3.4 kWh battery pack.
The VX2 Go is equipped with a smaller battery pack with a claimed range of up to 92 km, while the VX2 Plus gets the 3.4 kWh battery pack, which can deliver an IDC range of up to 142 km on a single charge. As for colours, the Vida VX2 Plus gets 7 peppy colours while the VX2 Go is available in 5 colours. In addition to smart charging, the electric scooter gets a 4.3-inch TFT screen for the Plus and a 4.3-inch LCD screen for the Go. With seamless smartphone integration, the company says that riders will be able to get real-time telemetry, stats and FOTA updates.
