Tata Motors Extends Lifetime Battery Warranty to More EV Models

Tata Motors has greatly widened its lifetime battery guarantee program, now covering the Curvv.ev and Nexon.ev 45 kWh versions alongside the previously included Harrier.ev. This thorough guarantee program handles one of the main barriers to electric vehicle adoption by removing worries about expensive battery repairs over the vehicle's lifetime.

The guarantee applies to high-voltage batteries for an endless number of kilometers and is specially made for private individual users and first-time EV buyers. This strategy move directly tackles long-term ownership worries that have previously discouraged potential electric car buyers.

To further incentivise existing customers, Tata Motors has launched a reward program giving Rs. 50,000 straight benefits to current Tata.ev users buying either the Curvv.ev or Nexon.ev 45 kWh. The company forecasts sizable savings of Rs. 8-9 lakhs in running costs over a 10-year term compared to internal combustion engine cars. This complete method places Tata Motors as a top player in India's growing electric car market, mixing cost-efficiency with long-term value offering.
