Chinese Automobile Company BYD Gets Great Response in the Indian Market

The Chinese automobile company Build Your Dream (BYD) is a hit in the Indian market mainly due to its amazing design, range and price. BYD’s electric sedan Seal is getting great response. It has already received 1000 booking so far. This car was launched in March this year. Seal has been launched in three versions in the Indian market which includes two battery backs and two configurations. It’s starting ex-showroom price is Rs 41 lakh. BYD has left Tesla behind in global market sales.

BYD Seal has a length of 4800mm, width of 1875mm and height of 106mm. Overall it is larger than Tesla Model 3. BYD has used blade battery technology in its SEAL. It has two battery packs, the first is a 61.4kWh pack and the second is a 82.56kWh pack. The company says that the car speed can touch 100km/h in 3.8 seconds.

BYD’s Seal will also come with advanced features like heated windscreen, volume controls for the audio system and two wireless charging pad can be found in the center console. In addition to these, seal will also get an all glass roof, flush fitting door handles, split headlamp design and a full-width LED light bar at the rear.
