Working out at home can help you stay away from germs; but you still have to be mindful about your personal hygiene and make sure that you keep your exercise mat and other workout tools clean.

When you workout at home, you can have the privacy you want. There are lesser distractions and you can be on your own and workout at your own pace.

4. More chances of being regular

When you workout at home, you will not be able to make excuses like it's raining outside or heavy traffic on the road. Also, when your schedule is busy, and you can't make it to the gym, you can workout at home with ease whenever you are free.

You can workout at home by playing your favourite music and in your own comfortable space to avoid any distraction. However, it is very necessary to stay focused on the form and movement of the exercise to avoid any injury.
