Foreign travellers arriving at Delhi International Airport can now skip paper forms, thanks to the newly launched E-Arrival Card facility that went live on October 1, 2025. Developed with the Bureau of Immigration, the system allows passengers to submit arrival details online up to three days before landing, easing congestion at immigration counters and reducing paper waste.
The initiative supports India’s push toward digital governance and sustainable travel, aligning Delhi Airport with leading global hubs like Singapore and Thailand that already use electronic arrival systems. The E-Arrival Card can be accessed through the Bureau of Immigration website, the Indian Visa portal, the Su-Swagatam app, and the Delhi Airport website.
Airport authorities say the move will significantly improve passenger flow and processing time, making Delhi one of Asia’s most efficient entry points for international travellers.
