Being helmed as a groundbreaking development in healthcare for providing quick primary and preventive healthcare services, these ATMs will save hospital patients time during high footfall and avoid delays in getting the reports. These health ATMs can screen over 50 health parameters, like height, weight, body temperature, blood glucose, blood pressure and invasive and non-invasive blood tests, heart check-ups and oxygen saturation levels within ten minutes, followed by an instant report.
Apart from this, the kiosks will provide rapid tests for COVID-19 antigen, dengue, malaria, typhoid and urine tests, amongst others. Almost all vital tests related to cardiology, neurology and pulmonary can be diagnosed through these kiosks. This initiative is undertaken by the civic body along with Hewlett Packard Enterprises, which has provided the health ATMs under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The real-time data of the patients recorded at these kiosks can be accessed remotely and the services are free of cost for one and all.
