Following a favourable response to the previous housing schemes, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is planning to launch another scheme to sell residential plots in the upcoming festive season.
According to official sources, the Authority will launch a new residential plot scheme of about 2,000 land parcels on the occasion of the Navratri festival. These plots will be in the smaller size category and target mid-income group buyers.
Since the previous residential schemes with similar ideation received good responses so the authorities decided to come up with a new scheme. Plans are underway to launch around 4,000 residential plots which will be smaller plots with sizes likely to range between 120 square metres (sq m) and 162 sq m, a YEIDA official said that 2,000 of the total 4,000 plots will be launched in the Navratri festive season.
