BPTP has launched an ambitious residential project on the Dwarka Expressway called the GAIA Residences. They are planning to inject an investment of INR 3,000 crore with an envisioned revenue of about INR 6,500 crore.
The GAIA Residences are part of the Amstoria project’s second phase and are a major benchmark in modern sustainable vertical living. Alongside being part of the 150-acre township ecosystem of Sector 102, Gurugram, this project is the first glass facade residential development on the Dwarka Expressway. The GAIA Residences will be developed within 12.05 acres of this developing township and will feature three architecturally impressive high-rise towers. A total of 531 units of 3BHK apartment residences will be available between these three towers. These future-ready homes are targeted towards modern families looking for convenient living with architectural splendour.
The average pricing per unit at BPTP’s GAIA Residences starts from INR 3.85 crore. Note that the sales for one of these three towers will resume at a later date once the pending relocation of an underground HT line is cleared. It will feature top-of-the-line amenities like Sky Gardens, Library Lounge, Entertainment Zones, Wellness Spaces, etc.
