Effective Yoga Poses to Relieve Indigestion

1. Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose)

This is one of the most effective asanas for indigestion. It helps release trapped gas and reduces bloating. To perform this pose, lie on your back and bring your knees to your chest, hugging them close.

2. Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Lord of the Fishes Pose)

This seated twist is another excellent yoga for indigestion asanas. Twisting helps massage your internal organs, promoting detoxification and improving digestion. Sit with one leg bent and the opposite foot crossed over it, then twist your torso in the direction of your bent knee.
