A panic attack is a condition in which you feel overwhelming fear and anxiety. What Triggers a Panic Attack?

Several factors can trigger a panic attack andwhile some can be medically explained, others are sudden and not well defined. Below listed are some common reasons behind a panic attack:

● Changes in brain functioning

● Relaxation techniques such as simple breathing exercises may be recommended
