Ingredients Required for Vaal ni Dal

Sprouted Vaal (butter beans/field beans): 3 cups

Ajwain (Carom seeds): ½ tsp

Hing (Asafoetida): 1/4th tsp

Boriya Mirch (Small, rounded red chillies): 4 to 5

Kismis (Raisins): 1 tbsp

Cooking oil: 2 tbsp

Sugar: ½ tsp

Salt to taste
