Step 1: Stand straight and upright facing the sun.

Step 2: Lift your left hand across the chest to hold your right earlobe. Ensure that you are holding your earlobe in a way that your thumb remains at the front and the forefingers are behind the earlobe.

Step 3: This step is similar to the previous step. Repeat the above step for opposite side.

Step 4: Now, bring your tongue to your jaw's roof and keep it there throughout the exercise.

Step 5: Now, all you need to do is basic squats. In this step, you just need to go downwards in the squatting positions and inhale as you go down in squats while both arms are held close to your chest.

Step 6: In this last step, all you need to do is get up in the squatting position. Exhale as you come up and complete 1 squat.

One squat is not enough; therefore, you must repeat these six simple steps of Super brain power yoga at least fifteen to twenty-one times a day.
