• Dry Mixed Beans – 2 cups (traditionally made from 8 different beans – kidney beans, black-eyed beans, chickpeas, soybeans, moong beans, green beans, black beans, and white beans)
• Mustard oil – 2 tablespoons
• Chilli powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon each
• Tomatoes – 4
• Onion paste – 1 onion
• Ginger & garlic paste – 1 or 2 teaspoons
• Salt – According to your taste
