• Keep your immunization up to date as not only children, but adults too need to be vaccinated against infectious diseases.

• Don’t take someone else’s antibiotics when suffering from an infectious disease or give yours to someone else. Only take medications as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

• Eat well-balanced and nutritious diet to prevent infections.

• When suffering from an infectious disease, avoid going to your workplace or any crowded places. This would prevent spreading the infection.
