The five ingredients are said to represent the five elements of nature – air, water, earth, fire, and space. The quantity of the ingredients can be customised as per individual tastes, and you can also add tulsi leaves (optional) for garnishing.

Method

Take a bowl. Mix all 5 ingredients and whisk well. Garnish with tulsi leaves if desired. Panchamrit is now ready. Since Panchamrit has curd, it should be consumed within 3 to 4 hours.
