The below steps are required to register for Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme:
Step 1: Visit the official website of Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana https://chiranjeevi.rajasthan.gov.in/#/home. Click on SSO Rajasthan just below Find your Registration Status.
Step 2: Select Registration, and choose the option – Citizen, Industry type or Govt employee.
Step 3: After you fill in the details, your registration will be complete, and you will obtain the login credentials.
Step 4: Using the credentials, go to the ABMGRSBY application option, and provide the necessary details, like your name, mobile number, email address, etc.
Step 5: Upload the supporting documents and submit the form.

• Income certificate
• BPL certificate

Step 2: Log in to your account, click on the ABMGRSBY application, and enter all the details, such as name, mobile number, email ID, etc.
Step 3: Upload the documents and submit them.
After you submit the application form, the concerned authorities will examine and verify it.Subsequently, a status link will be sent to your mobile number. You can open this link on your dedicated dashboard and check the status of your application. In case your application has been rejected, you will receive a notification.
