Common Issues

Users may face certain issues while checking the e-challan status online. These are usually due to delayed updates and high traffic on the website. Some of the common issues can be:

1. Late Update of Challan

Sometimes, due to technical issues on the website or manual issuance of a challan, the portal may not reflect your e-challan status. It may take a few days to reflect on the current status of your e-challan.

2. Incorrect Details by Users

If you enter incorrect details for your vehicle or challan, the e-challan status shown may be inaccurate. Therefore, please verify the vehicle number details carefully.

3. Server Error

Due to heavy load on the website or technical issues, sometimes, the website may not load fast. You may see alerts like server error or site not loading. In such a case, you may retry after a while.

4. Payment Not Updated

Sometimes, even after payment is made, the website may not update the status instantly. It may take a while for the website to display the current status of the e-challan payment.

5. No SMS Confirmation

Sometimes, it may happen that even after the payment has been done successfully, the user may not receive the SMS confirming the payment. You may wait for a while, as sometimes, due to network or technical issues, it may take time to receive the SMS. However, if you still do not receive the SMS, make sure to raise a complaint.
