Mail will be received on the registered mail ID, giving detailed information about the policy insurer's name, policy number, expiry date, coverage, and premium amount.

3. Visit the official website of the insurer who has issued the car insurance online policy and put the registration number of the car under 'Policy Status'. Information is going to be given in respect of the status of the policy, active or expired.
