Yield: 1 litre (4 cups)

Serving size: 1 cup (8 oz)

Ingredients:

• 4 cups water

• 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt

• Juice of 1/2 lemon or 1/2 orange

• 2-4 tablespoons honey, sugar or agave syrup

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix salt and sweetener until dissolved.

2. Pour water into a jug or bottle.

3. Add citrus juice and the salt-sweetener mix.

4. Stir well until fully combined.

5. Refrigerate or add ice before drinking.

2. Lemon-pomegranate electrolyte water

Yield: 1 litre (4 cups)

Serving size: 1 cup (8 oz)

Ingredients:

• 1/4 teaspoon salt

• 1/4 cup pomegranate juice

• 1/4 cup lemon juice

• 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut water

• 2 cups cold water

• Sweetener of choice (optional)

• Magnesium or calcium powder (optional)

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

2. Whisk until the salt and juices are fully mixed.

3. Once mixed, pour it into a clean bottle.

4. Chill in the fridge before serving, or enjoy with ice.

3. Strawberry lime electrolyte water

Yield: 3 1/2 cups

Serving Size: 1 cup (approx.)

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup fresh lime juice

• 2 1/2 cups water

• 1/2 cup fresh strawberries

• 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend until it is smooth, and the honey is fully dissolved.

3. Pour into a container or glass.

4. Serve with ice or refrigerate before use.
