1. Neck Curl-Up

• Lie on your back and press your tongue to the roof of your mouth.

• Bring your chin to your chest, lifting the head a few inches off the ground.

• Slowly lower your head back down; repeat the exercise.

2. Vowel Exercises

• Open your mouth to create an exaggerated "O" sound, tightening the muscles.

• Open your mouth for an exaggerated "E" sound.

• Repeat the "O" and "E" movements.

3. Collarbone Backup

• Sit on the floor or in a chair.

• Tilt your head back, contracting the muscles on the side of your neck.

• Repeat the motion, pushing your head forward.

4. Chin-Up

• Close your mouth; now push your jaw forward.

• Lift up your lower lip until you feel a stretch in your chin and jawline.

• Hold for about 10 seconds before repeating.

5. Tongue Twister

• Place your tongue at the roof of your mouth, just behind your teeth.

• Press the tongue firmly against the roof to create tension.

• Hum and make a vibrating sound to activate the muscles.
