Mr. Natarajan Srinivasan (DIN: 00123338) is a distinguished business leader with over four decades of experience in finance, strategy, governance, and business transformation. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary and has held several senior leadership positions within the Murugappa Group. He served as the Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited, where he played a key role in building and strengthening the company's financial services franchise. He also served as the Managing Director & CEO of CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, successfully leading the company's turnaround and strategic repositioning.
