যদি ইনসিওর্ড ব্যক্তি পরপর 7 দিনের বেশি সময়ের জন্য হাসপাতালে ভর্তি হন এবং পরিবারের কোনও প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক সদস্যকে তাঁর পাশে থাকার জন্য উপস্থিত না থাকেন, তাহলে কোম্পানি পরিবারের একজন সদস্যের জন্য রাউন্ড ট্রিপ ইকোনমি ক্লাসের এয়ার টিকিটের ব্যবস্থা করবে. এটির জন্য আমাদের প্যানেলভুক্ত ডাক্তারকে নিশ্চিত করতে হবে যে, সেই রোগীর সাথে একজন সঙ্গী থাকা প্রয়োজন.
